For years, recovery was the elite's secret and the amateur's afterthought. That's changing. Runners, lifters, cyclists — everyday athletes everywhere are learning that sleep, easy days and real downtime are where the gains actually happen.
There's a brand for the run, for the lift, for the race. There isn't yet one for the recovery. We're building it.

I chased benchmarks that were never mine, and it cost me. Hone exists so you can chase real goals, measured against your own progress and done in a way you can sustain — not against a stranger's highlight reel.
